Hello, Friday.

Thank god it’s Fridaaay! Friday, the happiest day of the week- well, at least for me. However, now that it’s the summer time everyday is like Friday. Oh those nonchalant warm breezy days, when the sun rays shine longer than the lights of the moon… I hope they would last forever. Overhearing the majority moan and groan about the fact that those golden days will soon be over makes me realize how close I am to sitting back at my desk in September with a pile of work laid in front of me. But why is it easier for us to close our eyes in front of the present, missing out the bright side of our lives in a blink? It’s only July. So many more things to come, to look forward to. So many more memories to be made. Why can’t we take a sip from the glass that is half full- and not empty. Our society prefers to dramatize about our everyday doings, turning the tinniest obstacles into severe complications and dilemmas which indeed prevent us from living how we would have desired to instead. We ignore the things that actually matter, the things that we want. After building mountains of worries, doubts and fears of things that ‘could’ happen we immediately decide to throw away our dreams. Then what’s the point of it all? Ask yourself.

And back to the bright side 🙂  We might not have cookies, but the weekend is sure to come. So enjoy the rest of your awesome Friday!

Roman Holidays- BB Anniversary

Aaand I’m back to my little writing journal! Ironically, today happens to be Bleu de Blonde’s one year anniversary! Crazy, right?! It’s been a year I have been bothering you guys with my bizarre posts, and having to think that last year the same person sat behind this very computer, typing up her idea on a virtual screen is absolutely unbelievable. A year filled with a whole load of travelling to the most incredible places I have visited; Russia, America, Greece, Andorra, France, Spain and Italy- those will be the memories I will never forget. Hopefully, this year will be just as great with much more to experience and explore.

As to my last post, 5 months and counting, I would like to share with you my recent discovery of the country that we should all praise for the existence of pizza, pasta and gelato ♥ Italy and its capital Rome- the home to the Vatican as well as landmark art and ancient ruins. Its every street spirited with the energy of a once most powerful empire, every house a well-known museum or a remarkable piece of art, and every individual a fashion icon. Personally, I was swayed by the power of gelato. Never thought ice-cream could taste so good! A recommendation I should make would be, San Crispino on the street of Trevi (pretty close to the fountain of Trevi), the place offers tons of flavours to choose from starting from the basics (which are not any less gorgeously delicious) to the very unusual ones like pizza and liquorice! Another place to try out would be Hedera, which is 5min walk from the Vatican City, selling its finest gelato in cannoli cones and of course the Magnum Pleasure Store placed in the centre of Rome. Seems like a perfect place for me, combing delish food and the beauty of the contrast in landscapes…

Hola! Como estas? (my spanish skills are boss and these are the only 2 phrases I know). I have been away for a while and I’m super excited to tell you all about my winter holidays at Andorra. For those who don’t know, which is actually the majority of people who have been curious about my vacation, Andorra is the smallest country in Europe that lies between France and Spain. It is known for its unbelievably grand skiing resort at the Pyrenees that is really popular with the Spanish, the French, the Russians and the locals of course. The city itself is really beautiful and charming. The sunrise over the horizon of the slopes can be seen even from the centre of town, Andorra La Vella. The streets are small and narrow and the architecture is very vintage, in contrast to the vast assortment of shopping you can do during your stay! However, I personally cherished the pleasure of resting in one of the creperies or relishing delicious lunch at an old-fashioned pizzeria after a tiring day of winter sport activity.

Our morning routine begun by reaching Encamp (the transportation station to Grandvalira, the central range of the resort) from where we took the ski lift to our snowy adventure. The path to the slope is stunning. Travelling 100 meters above the ground, you can witness snow trails of forest inhabitants or even see a rabbit. Floating around in one those cabins during these 5 days of skiing, I realized how lucky I am to travel around the world to such sensational places like Andorra. All you need in life to lift your spirit is to take a moment and gaze at the beauty of nature- and I did, which really inspired me. This inspiration encouraged my sisters and I to create a Youtube Channel, Three Dimensional, where we will introduce our everyday lives and travelling through the use of videos. Our first video has been dedicated to our time spent at the mountains during this Christmas break. To find the video on Youtube search for “Andorra Travels”, hope you will enjoy it. Santa Monica Sensation

It’s the mid of October, and I’m still remembering the warm sunny days in LA. Traversing through the wild beaches and savoring the tranquil environment of the city makes me miss the nonchalant days of summer.

Los Angeles is definitely the place to be. The centre destination for loads of shopping and quality time spent by the grand Pacific in a Mexican restaurant, for example. You can simply take a walk down the Santa Monica Blv or even feed the wild albatrosses with some leftover burrito bread- a very amusing task to be honest! The freedom of this city is enduring. A few minutes away from centre you can find yourself on the crown of the Hollywood Hills watching over the metropolitan all the way to the ocean.

A truly free-spirited and carefree place for a sweet escape out of the hectic reality.

Charming Venice Beach

New York State of Mind

Fall- One of my favourite seasons. So elegant but comfortable. Deep saturated colours and vast knitted scarves bring out the best in me. During this rainy time of the year I am fully devoted to sipping on to my rich and creamy Vienna and dedicate myself to the movie classics. This year, I began my September at the Fashion Week in New York.  Not only I was privileged with the chance to see the au courant looks of the streets of the Big Apple, I also became a part of it! Having to participate in one of the fashion shows aroused my entire visit to the US to a whole new dimension! Las Vegas’ arrogance and spectacular shows, Los Angeles’ sapphire blue ocean and white beaches, New York’s irresistible passion for thrive of achievement and the pure spirit of freedom. An extraordinary summer that I can always bring to mind. ♥

Осень- одна из моих любимых сезонов. Так элегантна, но удобна. Глубокие насыщенные цвета и огромные вязаные шарфы выявить лучшое в мне. В это дождливое время года я полностью предана наслождаться моим богатым сливочным горячим шоколадом смотря классику киномотографа. В этом году, я начала свой сентябрь на Неделе моды в Нью-Йорке. Не только я имела честь увидеть а.е. Курант образы на улицах Большого Яблока, я также стать его частью! Получив шанс на участие в одном из модных показов превратила всю свою поездку в США, в совершенно новое измерение! Великолепие и зрелищные шоу Лас-Вегаса,  сапфирого синий океан и белые пляжи Лос-Анджелеса, неотразимоя страст Нью-Йорка для процветания, достижения и чистого духа свободы. Чрезвычайное лето, которое я всегда буду  помнить. ♥

Luscious Shades

 

10 days from my arrival to Cyprus had gone before my eyes! The next thing you know is that my long desired trip to America is tomorrow. One of the reasons everyone is devoted to summer is its- juicy colours. The luscious shades of all kinds of berries, from blueberries to raspberries, are totally making it to the top right now! Especially Mexican pink and French rose dyed blouses and coral plaited maxi skirts are making the trend. You can’t simply not love the tones! As these items are still a part of my summer wish list I decided to show some of my own bits and pieces from my little garden… This time travelling to an old village of the capital of Cyprus I fell for the traditional styled residence we came upon. In contrast to my next destination, Las Vegas, I guess I will miss the tranquil and quiet atmosphere of the island. See you soon on my travels to The American Dream! ♥

10 дней от моего прибытия на Кипр пролетели перед моими глазами!  И вот, моя долгожданая поездка в Америку уже завтра. Одна из причин, почему мы так любим лето это- его сочные цвета.  Соблазнительные оттенки всех видов ягод, от черники до малины, полностью делает их желаными прямо сейчас! Особенно окрашенны в Мексиканский розовый и французскую розу блузки и коралловые плисерованые  юбки макси создают эту тенденцию. Вы не можете просто не влюбиться в эти тона! Так как эти вещи еще часть моего летнего списка  пожеланий я решил показать некоторые из моих собственных частей из моего сада … Во время моего путешествие в старую деревушку столицы Кипра я влюбился в традиционном стиле резиденции на каторые мы наткнулся. В отличие от моего следующего назначения, Лас-Вегас, я думаю, я буду скучать по тихой и безмятежной атмосфере этого острова. До скорой встречи на моих путешествиях по американской мечтe! ♥

Down The Alley

Well hello hello! How is your summer going? To be honest, mine is not much of a sunny weather or breezy sea air. It’s cold. Dead cold, at least for summer. A freezing phase with a lot of rainy days… I ran out of warm clothes and officially have nothing to wear! All of my dresses are out of use. What can be worst? 😦 Mmm… Let’s look at the bright side. I think it’s time for shopping 😉

During my stays at my lovely hometown I guess I have already walked miles and became the most annoying customer at Coffeeshop Company cafe :p Eh, what can I do if that creamy coconut latte tastes like heaven?! I recommend! Feeding a pack of hungry enraged pigeons was also pretty exciting as well as going to the countryside and enjoying the wild. Not to mention stuffing myself with all sorts of berries and casually falling of the bike every time I thought I could ride… Cycling is definitely not my thing. Ну привет привет! Как ваша лето проходит? Честно, у меня не такая уж и солнечная погода и нет свежиго морского воздуха. Холодно. Очень холодно, по крайней мере, для лета. Заморозка с большим количеством дождливых дней … Я осталось без теплой одежды и у меня официально нечего надеть! Все мои платья пропали. Что может быть хуже? 😦 Ммм … Давайте посмотрим на это позитивно. Я думаю, что это время для покупок 😉

Во время моих путешествий в моём прекраснным родном городе я думаю, я уже отходила мили и стала самым раздражающим клиентов в кафе Coffeeshop Company 😛 Эх, что я могу сделать, если у этого сливочного кокосового латте вкус как небеса ?! Я рекомендую! Кормление стаи голодных и разъяренных голубей было также очень интересно, как и ездить в загород и наслаждаясь дикой природой. Не говоря уже о том как я объедалась различными ягодами и безуспешно падола с велосипеда каждый раз, когда я думал, что я сособна ездить … Велоспорт определенно не моё. Gold Statues

So, my second day in Moscow wasn’t less exciting. As well as my second delicious breakfast of the ‘legendary’ pancake with chocolate filling and dried grapes. This time we decided to take the metro and journey to VDNH Park, where you can leisurely walk around the picturesque constructions and gold statues, ride around the park on bikes, go to galleries and simply have a good time. One of the most interesting pieces of the modern art was the Cityscope. An asymmetrical glass figure tanned with nacreous coating- which I used to take very unusual pictures and selfies in.

After a long walk, we headed to The Bubble Mania cafe where you can create your own cold tea with a choice of juicy bubbles and very unexpectedly met with an American anchorman on RussiaToday 😀 Later, at the Atrium Mall I was over the moon to purchase a whole set of makeup foundation in MAC, tried an absolutely yummy ice cream- yogurt, watched 22^nd Jump Street and dined at a Japanese restaurant. A day full of activities, very tiring but absolutely moving and memorable. Now I’ll be voyaging to my home town to enjoy the home sweet home, cozy life. See you soon!

Итак, мой второй день в Москве был не менее захватывающим. А также мой второй вкусный завтрак из “легендарных” блинов с шоколадной начинкой и изюма. На этот раз мы решили проехаться на метро до парка ВДНХ, где можно не спеша прогуляться мимо живописных конструкциях и золотых статуй, ездить вокруг парка на велосипедах, ходить в галереи и просто хорошо провести время. Один из самых интересных частей современного искусства был Cityscope. Ассиметричная стекляная фигура танирована перламутровой плёнкой- которую я использовала, чтобы зделать очень необычные фотографии и selfies в нём.

После длительной прогулки, мы направились в Bubble Mania кафе, где вы можете создать свой собственный холодный чай с выбором сочных пузырей, и очень неожиданно встретились с американским телеведущим на RussiaToday 😀 Позже, в Атриум Mall я была на седьмом небе от счастья приобрести целый набор косметики в MAC, попробывала абсолютно вкусное мороженое-йогурт, смотрела Мачо и Ботан и обедала в японском ресторане. День, полный деятельности, очень утомительно, но абсолютно интересный и запоминающийся. Теперь я отправлюсь в мой родной город, чтобы насладиться домом, милым домом и уютной жизнью. До скорого!

My Moscow Day 1

Hooray! I’m finally at my mother-land, the heart of Russia- Moscow City. My Moscow Day 1 begun with an appetizing breakfast of pancakes with poppy seeds topped with black and white chocolate. Later that day we walked all the way to the amusing Red Square to meet up with our good friends from Cyp. The view of the area was brilliant; I couldn’t help taking so many pictures- I felt like a total tourist! :p Crowds of foreigners, locals and people like me enclosed the incredible landmark. I can’t fully describe my admiration of the astonishing architecture of the place!

After a glimpse of sight- seeing, our company came up with the most creative idea about our quite unusual lunch at the meadows of the great Gorky Park. The sushi rolls were even more delicious to enjoy in such beautiful surroundings of fountains, greenery and a peaceful atmosphere. We then took a stroll down to the embankment where you can watch the ultimate romantic scenery of the sparkling midnight bridge… and took more pictures 🙂

Ура! Я, наконец, на моей родине, в самом сердце России- Москве. Мой первый день в Москве начался с аппетитным завтраком из блинов с маком покрыты темный и белым шоколадом. В тот же день мы шли всю дорогу до неописуемой Красной Площади, чтобы встретиться с нашими хорошими друзьями с Кипра. Вид на площадь был блестящим; Я не могла не сделать столько снимков- чувствовала себя туристом! :р Толпы иностранцев, местных жителей и людей, как я окружили эту невероятную достопримечатеьность. Я не могу полностью описать мое восхищение поразительной архитектуре этого места!

После проблеска осмотра достопримечательностей, нашей компании пришла в голову самая творческай идея о нашем довольно необычным обеде на поляне великого парка Горького. Суши роллы были еще более вкусными, когда ими можно насладиться в таких живописных окрестностях фонтанов, зелени и мирной атмосфере. Потом мы пошли на прогулку на набережную, где можно ивидеть отличный романтический пейзаж из сверкающего ночного моста … и зделали больше фотографий 🙂

Last Day In Cyprus

So guys, it’s my last day in Cyprus… And then I’m finally off to Moscow City 😉 For the last week, the sea has been my only saviour from the unbearable heat. The view of the beach is so breathtaking. As every wave races with grace, the sun reforms the water into a sea of shimmering crystals. I just like strolling through those sandy beaches and falling asleep to the sound of living nature.

Today, I wanted to show you one of my favorite bikinis’s that I bought last summer from Roberto Cavalli. I can’t believe I haven’t even packed my suitcase yet! Though one thing I know for sure is that I’m filling it up with loads of dresses 🙂 My flight is in a few hours, so I better get going! Итак, ребята, это мой последний день на Кипре … А потом, наконец, в Москоу Сити 😉 За последнюю неделю, море было моим единственным спасителем от невыносимой жары. Вид на пляж просто захватывает дух. Так как каждая волна мчиться с восхишением, а солнце преврошяет воды в море мерцающих кристаллов. Я так же, я обожаю прогулятья по песчаным пляжам и засыпать под звуки живой природы.

Сегодня я хотела бы показать вам один из моих любимых бикини, который я купила прошлым летом из Roberto Cavalli. Я не могу поверить, что я еще даже не упаковала свой чемодан! Хотя я знаю наверняка, что я заполню его с массой платьев 🙂 Мой рейс через несколько часов, так что я лучше пойду!
